Samuel Kuteesa is the founding Director of CWAY Africa Ministries, a trained Christian leader, mentor, follower of Jesus Christ and a social entrepreneur. He grew up from a humble family background in a slum village close to Kampala the Capital city of Uganda. Sam went through a lot of hardships right from childhood, and encountered all the would-be family and child related problems most especially in relation to accessing of school fees and other basic requirements of life.

As a compassionate response to the plight faced by orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) in Uganda, CWAY Africa was established, to lighting the fire in the hearts of children by bring HOPE and LOVE through education, healthcare, discipleship and community outreach programs. He is married to Mary and both are passionate about serving children, youth and sharing God’s love, to the poor, the destitute, the lost, and the forgotten. They are a host family, dedicated to providing a free supportive home for mission-minded visitors, who travel to Uganda for purposes of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Christian based humanitarian ministry.
