Mission Trips gives you an opportunity to work hand in hand with the people of the local communities to meet some of their greatest needs. A mission trip with CWAY Africa Ministries offers you the opportunity to use your skills, talents, and passion to serve communities in Uganda, while deepening your faith and strengthening your relationship with God. Your visit not only changes the lives of those you serve, but it also transforms your own journey as you experience firsthand the power of God’s love in action.
We are dedicated to providing a free supportive home for mission-minded visitors, you can visit on a short or long mission trip as an individual, friends, student, family, couple or a group for a minimum of at least one month and more. Days and one (1) week to (3) weeks can also be arranged in special cases.
You will only have to contribute a reasonable fee to help on food stuffs, gas, water and electricity bills, airport pickup and drop-of. Out-of-pocket expenses will be for your additional snacks, beverages, or souvenirs during your personal movements or group outings and safaris trips, and a fee of $50 for your visa upon arrival. There will be opportunities on the trip to purchase souvenirs. We suggest bringing some $$$ in cash or traveler's checks, also one major credit card for emergency.

Hands on work involves but not limited to; teaching English, Math, etc., painting, construction and renovations, evangelism, community outreach, attending to children at school, photography and videography, home visits, cooking and serving children, Vacation Bible Studies, church planting, games, music, office work, school and church activities, Mobile Health Clinic, fundraising, children, youth and women programs, among others No specific skills are required, just have passion and love for people especially children and be social. You must have yearned for a long time to help someone in greatest need. You do not have to be so qualified or experienced to get-involved, whether you want to visit during gap year, career break, or vacation, you will have a role to play, and your efforts will make a lasting impact.

UGANDA is honestly the most beautiful and safest country in Africa, the people, the food, the wildlife you will fall in love with it all. Your Stay & mission time in Uganda will give you some more feeling about the wildlife which holds most of the national parks, Mountain Gorillas, forests, falls, rivers, wildlife, birds, resorts, beaches, culture, slum tours, among others. The host family can arrange for you transport and get yourself a chance to visit some beautiful Ugandan features at reasonable rates.

Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa whose diverse landscape encompasses the snowcapped Rwenzori Mountains and immense Lake Victoria. Its abundant wildlife includes chimpanzees, as well as rare birds. Remote Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a renowned mountain gorilla sanctuary. Murchison Falls National Park in the northwest is known for its 43m-tall waterfall and wildlife such as hippos, not forgetting the source of the Nile River.

ENTEBBE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is the principle international airport of Uganda. It is the near the town of Entebbe, on the shores of Lake Victoria, and close to Kampala the Capital city of Uganda.
